ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
Through this specialized service, we work with our clients from beginning to end to bring their vision to life. With our smart style and functional design, this offering can provide exactly what you need. We’re highly committed to visual quality as well as usability, and work with all of our clients to ensure their needs are met.
CONSTRUCTION/BUILDING CONSENT PLANS
Full service from design though to construction. Clear and concise architectural plans and specifications suitable for onsite construction and obtaining building consent. We co-ordinate and liaise with any consultants that have been engaged for the project (Engineer, Surveyor etc) and collate their documentation ready for lodgement to council and manage the project through until consent has been issued.
RESOURCE CONSENTS
We work along side a planning consultant, producing plans, supporting documentation and communications with council to achieve resource consent.
NEW BUILDS
We treat each project as a unique combination of client requirements, the site and the budget, resulting in buildings that surpass the client's expectations.
RENOVATIONS
We work with the existing structure to bring forward its new lease of life. Whether this is an addition to your current home or modernizing the space, we can help achieve your wish list.
