This one-bedroom bach is perched on a steep site, offering stunning sea vistas. The client desired two additional bedrooms and a second living area with a contemporary touch. We determined that lifting the existing house would be the best approach, given the site's steepness and layout, rather than constructing on top of the 1950s structure. The lower level will provide solid support for the existing home while maximizing the available space.
